The calories is it including cardio/ strength burnt calories? Or should I add these. I burn approx 1000 calories each day with exercise

I'm on a kick and I really appreciate your encouragement and Potter references. I've been working a calorie deficit for a whopping 5 days and I'm loving it. 🙂

Never say "it's that simple".
Here's an example:
My RMR (measured, not estimated) is 2340 cal/day.
I'm not a static person. I make sure I walk at least 10,000 steps a day, and I work out moderately.
So, estimating my actual daily calorie expenditure based on my measured RMR will give us about 3000 calories a day (low estimate).
My leanest weight is 67kg (almost 148 lbs), so using your formula I should eat 1775 cal/day, which is less than 60% of the calories my body uses daily.
Will I lose weight? Of course.
But how is it healthy? Why won't my body resist me in any way it can?
You always talk about the importance of the mental state for dieting, and you are absolutely right. How does feeling cold an weak all the time because I literally do not eat enough for my body to maintain it's temperature helps such mental state neccessary for consistency?
Can you reccomend types of workouts that compliment this kind of weight loss? Specifically fat loss?
I did this and started losing weight but i put my actual weight not goal one. Im not sure why 😂. But it worked too.
That really sounds like a lot of calories.. I feel like if I started doing that I would gain weight. Maybe this isn't for large girls lol

Men have more muscle mass which means they have a faster metabolism and 1800 calories would be a large deficit for a man, especially an active man.

My calorie intake deficit thing is 1,440 but I’ve been eating more around 2,000 and I’ve maintained the weight of 120 lbs.🤷🏿♀️I’m 5’4.
When he said, “you don’t do it for 4 days and then eat 500 calories more and then say omg I fucked up and then quit and binge out for a whole weekend” I felt that. That’s me.
The two people who disliked this don’t believe in a calorie deficit is what you need to lose weight. Damn muggles.
