  3. Great video Renee! 👍 I've lost over 30 pounds in 3 months on a keto diet plan, 3 pounds a week, with a little bit of walking exercise. Plus I'm not even hungry! I mostly cut out sugar, salt, and all the potatoes/carbs. I eat about 2000 calories per day and I feel great, happy, and fit!
