I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair 9 weeks ago. I’m still sore I am lifting lighter weights now. It looks amazing but recovery is LONG. That’s something I never knew before my tummy tuck. So far other than it looks great and I had an amazing surgeon I still wonder if it was worth it. I am a very active person and now I feel handy capped and learned it can take up to 6 Mo to feel like you’re not thinking of your belly as much. There’s always a tight, tugging or burning sensation with movement (I’m careful) I still have to take it easy and that’s getting really old fast. I still wear my binder. Ask me in 3 months hahaha!
