  1. I'm will not take advice from the man who has coached 25,000 different clients. I want to hear advice from the man who has coached one client 25,000 times. Also, take that stupid thing off your nose it lets everyone know you're not about it.

  2. and here i thought it was my type two diabeties and "water pills"… so i am really just to aboooout tooooo lose weight… um. i will listen to my gp and nutritionist.

  3. I'm an apple shape and from previous experience I know the tire around my middle is going to be around the last to go. A decade ago when I was trying to lose weight, and before I did some reading, I was VERY frustrated that of all the places on my body, I was losing weight in my FEET first?! But now if it happens, I'll count it as a good sign that I'm on the right track because that hasn't happened in years.

  4. There was a TED talk about fat loss and the chemistry around it. 86% if fat loss is through your breathing! Where 14% is via bodily fluids.

  5. I have been peeing a lot. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for over a month and a half. Eating clean, training hard etc.. that scale hasn’t moved at all.
