    Day one: I did her full body workout the other day and my legs were pretty sore

    I also took a short break in the middle so it wasn't that hard for that reason

    I'll do it twice tommorow without any breaks in the middle of the video

  4. This is my first video by Lilly and I genuinely wasn't sure what to expect. I love it!!! Obviously for her puppy, but also, I never realized the motivation when someone's telling you to KEEP GOING constantly, especially during the hard parts!!!
