  6. 11:00 yes! upper body training helps gives me that beautiful fit shape!! i fell into the trap of watching influences pre-covid who were all body building saying that they dont do upper body bc it makes them feel bulky/manly/they get too much muscle there but that is also so wrong >_<

  11. so ive also started working out like this for 3 months and have seen so much body changes! went from 27" to 26" waist, although my weight has basically been the same my clothes are smaller, jeans are looser and it's cool to see myself do diamond pushups without any issues and i did my first real pull up the other day 🙂
    i could only do one LOL

    but i have a question for you! have you seen more progress not just strength wise but i guess physically? i guess i wonder if i should be happy with where im at now (i dont think i can put myself through more of a stricter calorie deficit >_<) or what kind of results you saw even after the first 3-4 motnhs? 🙂
