  9. I got to do these moves right here every day they don't come as easy as my stretching and my cardio.. they come with a lot of "oh my goodness 😮, "I can't do that". 😮I need to do this more so my body will be aware. My mind is there but my body has to catch up. Lol😅

  10. I felt the burn and it felt good.
    I am 66 yrs old and in pretty good shape. My struggle is my belly bulge. Although it is not huge, it bothers me.
    My question is, I always point my toes, but I struggle with feet and toe cramps. Is the exercise still beneficial if I can’t always point my toes?
    Oh, and does it take awhile to keep core engaged? I try, but it’s often difficult to keep core engaged and do the exercises as well.
