at some point i quit listening and was just watching jade tear up the pillow LOL
I tried keto several times and wanted it to work so bad but I couldn't maintain it. It took some time but I adjusted back to eating carbs. I gained weight at first but it went back down. I was always hungry and just wanted huge plates of food. Whatever you decide to do is what's right. Keep it up.

Love you girl and wishing you the best. I've been in a similar situation with my weight not dropping (even increasing)!and doing up to 7.5 hours of cardio a week ALONG with my lifting sessions. I joined Prophysique and working with one of the coaches on reverse dieting. Paul Revelia has a YouTube channel and several successes with physique competitors that cannot loose due to metabolic adaptation.

Hey guys, I bought one today and just tried it. My thighs got real red and I could tell the blood flow went through them. I think it might work but do it fast and dont go slow. The faster the more you get out of it.
