  2. Problem is he never recommends what brand(s) of bone broth to buy – for those of us who work 100 hours a week and don't have time to sit over a stew pot. Plus he's in the US – if you're not, you're stuffed!

    Potassium and magnesium rich foods: pumpkin seeds and spinach
    Salmon, sardines, fish oil supplements. Flaxseed. Chiaseeds. Hemp seeds
    Collagen protein
    Parsely moringa and cilantro
    Cellulite supplement
    Grapefruit oil and ginger oil and Cyprus oil
    Bike really hard for 30 minutes
    Avoid
    Sugar, wheat, and white bread, salt, processed chips

    When I was anorexic and weighed 95 pounds guess what?????
