  1. Great video! know this is not technically a peptide but IM carnitine injections have made the single biggest difference in my energy. I have chronic fatigue and since getting on carnitine injections I have 80% more energy. The difference has been life-changing. That heavy, leaden fatigue is gone. I also supplement with acetyl carnitine capsules between the injections since only do those twice weekly and that helps a lot too, though not as strongly as the injections.

    I was reading this is because carnitine is essential for fatty acid transport into the mitochondria and some people, especially people with chronic fatigue syndrome, have been found to have reduced carnitine transporters, or impaired absorption in the gut or reduced synthesis. But MOTS-c has also been very helpful, when I take the two together I almost feel like I could do cartwheels 🤸, definitely noticed more with MOTs-c personally than SS-31. I loved Sermorelin until I broke out in hives one day and then I tried ipa and CJC and had some warning peppery sensations even at a very low dose so unfortunately seems my body does not tolerate GHRPs, which is a shame because they all really helped me sleep so deeply and awake feeling so refreshed. I’m doing tart cherry juice and glycine for sleep now but nothing helps sleep like the GHRPs in my opinion!
