  1. I've always admired and loved strong women and wanted to look and feel that way. But that all fell apart when I started to develop an eating disorder. It seems like my mind is constantly battling with the idea of being strong and being able to do the things I love and the idea that I just need to be as small as possible.
    Especially right now and I'm trying so hard to fight a relapse. Thank you for this terrific video and the information. Knowledge is a powerful weapon and I hope to use it against my disordered thoughts before things spiral.
    Strong, healthy, and happy is what I've always wanted and damn it I'm gonna do it.

  12. i went through a period of time where i starved myself and constantly weighed myself but i got over it thankfully and realised that even if i over-eat my body still manages to burn it off. but i never over-eat purposefully, it’s just some days i don’t eat as much and some days i eat a lot. my mum doesn’t eat during the day but she binges on the bad stuff at night and she wonders why she can’t lose weight.
