I do chemical exfoliation most days but a good peeling gel a couple times a week makes a huge difference in the brightness of my face.
Urea over 10 %
I literally use a 40% urea foot cream sometimes and it works wonders it literally goes away in seconds
The prequel one is strong but it is amazing.

If you layer another body lotion for scent over the Urea one, like Eos or hempz, will it mess up the effects of the Urea? Or clog pores?

I started with the Naturium bodywash and the key is to let it sit for 5 min. I didn’t do that at first and was abt to give up and it makes a huge difference. I wanted something with a sent and starting using the CYKLAR bodywash and holy crap! My skin has never felt so soft and it’s still soft when i shower again the next day!
The real MVPs are the Soft Services and ISDN lotion. I never thought I’d ever have soft smooth skin and I finally have it after dealing with KP since I was a kid.

If you’re dealing with rough and/or bumpy skin, try these items! I haven’t tried the Prequel because I fell in love with the ISDN lotion. It’s not thick or heavy, which I hate and it absorbs super fast. I use the Soft Services first and then the ISDN lotion and it’s been a miracle.
If you're using an AHA, you need to make sure you protect your skin from the sun. It will be sun sensitive for a week after using the AHA

l recommend mechanical exfoliation as well as chemical exfoliants. Dry brushing prior to showering reallly helped me. Also when shaving I make sure to not use any pssure when shaving… be mindful to lightly graze over your skin with your razor. Using a safety razor really changed the game because the weight makes you more aware of this. I also shave with an OIl. And yes chemical exfoliation like The Ordinary Glycolic toner, Panoxyl Body Wash (and yes applying for 5-10 mins prior. Body Lotions with Retinol can help but Eucerin is my favourite fragrance free body moisturizer and it 🎉also has Urea… which is the ingredient that breaks down the gluey substance that causes KP.
