  1. can anyone help me make meal plans for someone who is restricted. no salt, low carbs, veggies, diabetes, cant have rough foods, no fiber, limited liquid, basically just found avocado and eggs please help

  3. Poppycock. If you want to lose weight just cut your meal portions in half. Stop eating the moment you stop being hungry. Don't eat on the clock. Only eat when your tummy makes that hungry noise. Give it six weeks. That's all it takes to shrink your tummy and lessen the portion to not feel hungry. By the eighth week your body and mind will adjust and your new eating style will become automatic. For exercise I recommend power walking. Initial weight loss will be dramatic compared to conventional weight loss programs.

  4. I started using Planet Ayurveda’s Garcinia Capsules after a friend recommended them. They helped me control my cravings and reduced my appetite without making me feel weak or deprived. I’m really thankful to Planet Ayurveda for making such effective herbal weight management products.

  5. I was overweight/obese for the first 19 years of my life. Tried everything to lose weight. This was in the 90s/early 00s when fad diets were all the rage. Not a single thing worked. At 19, when I was 304lbs, the thing that changed and opened the door for success was the simple understanding that a diet is almost guaranteed to fail, and I would have to change my lifestyle in order to lose the weight and achieve lasting results. That was almost 20 years ago. I’m now a fitness/weight loss coach who helps other people do the same. It can be very difficult to forge the proper lifestyle and mindset, as it’s never been easier to overeat and live in a way that makes it impossible to get fit. The good news, though, is that it’s never been easier to learn how to make the change and have it last. We’ve come a long way since the days of books like Sugar Busters, promoting stupid elimination diets that don’t address the real issues keeping you from losing weight. I can train clients from across the country for crying out loud. There are more resources now than ever before. If you’re really struggling, reach out to someone. There’s plenty of us who can help.

  6. When I'm eating out of emotions, I eat shelled sunflower seeds. Great snack, tastes time, kinda like a mouth fidget. That, and coke zero currently 😅

  7. As dr you should know it is too fast way to speak, in this short video you shared at least 3 informations and it sounds like you didn’t even breathe, slow down when you speak, use your tone etc etc

  8. Cut carbs, drink more water, don’t stop eating what you love, just eat about 80% healthier stuff, 20% treats or not-so-healthy stuff. A food diary helps, sometimes switching to low carb everything is the easiest way. You won’t crave carbs as much after a little while, and your brain and body will produce energy from a better source. I haven’t eaten fast food in over a month, and only drink one can of soda on the weekend. I’m down 7.6 pounds in about a month, and I use a walking pad, just slow pace. I’ve done it before, I can do it again, and you can too! ❤️

  9. You will never lose weight unless all the preservatives and processed food toxins are out of your system which takes about 1 to 2 months of clean eating, proteins vegetables and fruits. That's it. Your body simply can't process simple foods with these toxins in your body even if you are in a caloric deficit
