  5. Bullshit! I was doing setup and push-ups. Side push and the others. Then I ran for 45-60 min then check my weight it was down over 1 kg just by running. I knew I had figured it out.

  6. Guys I'll show u a doctor approved weight loss strategy

    1.) look to the left
    2.) look to the right
    3.)repeat that 2-3 times if u see junk/processed food

  7. Do it untill you are are unable to do. Or it won't work that good. No pain no gain guys
