  6. Currently I live in Mayfield, KY. Those smoothies actually look delicious. I don't usually like to make or drink my food/snacks.

  7. What can i use in place of coconut water. Seems to cause a spike in blood sugar for me

  8. What can you use besides spinach and almond milk since they are high in oxolate which is not good for those prone to kidney stones
