  1. Hey can u help my lower body has a four pack but my upper body just wouldnt not be fat. Ive been doing this excercise for a month but my upler body stays fat

  2. Bullshit! I was doing setup and push-ups. Side push and the others. Then I ran for 45-60 min then check my weight it was down over 1 kg just by running. I knew I had figured it out.

    1.) look to the left
    2.) look to the right
    3.)repeat that 2-3 times if u see junk/processed food
