  4. Beginner plan to follow this routine: Do 2 sets of 8 reps per move with 60-second rests. Use a weight that leaves 2 reps in reserve. Keep knees tracking over toes on squats. If no dumbbells, load backpack. Train three non-consecutive days weekly. Great demo!

  5. 4×10 wide pushups
    3×6 diamond pushups
    3×1 plank
    3x 20 squats
    3×8 shrimp squats
    4×8 inverted rows

  6. Bro u shouldnโ€™t flare ur elbows when doing pushups youโ€™ll damage ur shoulders tuck ur elbows a bit outside of ur chest when doing them to avoid injury and get most out of the exercise

Guys actually the truth is body weight exercises are not gonna help you get incredible gains unless you have really good genetics, the best option is to get a gym membership they are rarely cheap are great return on your investment but even if you go to a gym you need to work out close to a year or at minimum 7-8 months, but hereโ€™s the secret all your working out is pointless if u donโ€™t track your nutrition because I made this mistake for about a year and yes I did build some muscle but I couldโ€™ve made more gains if I had my nutrition on point especially having adequate protein
