OVER NIGHT OATS BASE DISH.
1/2 mug rolled oats.
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.
1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
1 teaspoon chia seeds.
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or 3-4 declines fluid stevia).
1/8th teaspoon cinnamon.

Incorporate oats, almond milk, yogurt, and chia seeds in a sealable jar (or dish) and mix until well integrated.

Place in fridge overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours. Top with your favorite garnishes and take pleasure in!

* For extra protein – stir in 1/2 – 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder (13-26 grams).

  1. If you wanna track your calories dont use these picture websites, they are inaccurate the grams of each kinf of food vary, use a kigchen scale and weigh in your foods by the grams and then cslculate the calories for each.
