This may not be "high intensity" but this is strength building. Having good form like this is important and will shape your body after you do cardio. If all you is cardio, no strength, you won't have badass muscle tone.

workout is definilty strength based- didnt break a sweat till the very end. there are not any rounds but doing one exercise for a long time- good for isolation. Wish the workout was a little more dynamic.
honestly, love katies workouts, their fun-filled, interesting, non-repetitive and they actually work the parts I want to exercise as well as making it feel like I'm actually exercising. Some of the other workouts on this channel are either super boring, unnecessarily lengthy, not effective or repetitive.
Dieting shouldn't be too hard IMO, I followed this guide at DIETBOOK.BEST very helpful!

Not as high intensity as the other popsugar workouts but still a good workout for sculpting the body. Ended up doing another more cardio-centric workout after this.
