Great tips for women over 50 to stay in shape I'm trying
Che bella che sei😊😊😊 grazie per i tuoi video
Okay okay I’m gonna try this. You actually make working out in menopause look obtainable. I think I could actually do this without loosing my motivation. I mean you don’t even shoes on that’s awesome.
You have a great body!
Yesn12 something midnight, all my grandchildren are in bed.I'm tired of being in menopause.I'm tired of eating.I just working because of shoulder injury.Now.I have to try lose some this week.I need to lose 30 pounds quick.I can't take it anymore , so i'm going to start this
So glad I came across this video. I will be starting this today. I really like the "do 50 now and then another 50 later today!" Very doable! I'm going to take a measurement of all the supposed areas and come back in 30 days to see if this really works!
But does it work.
🎉
That stair case is super awesome!
What size weights are you using please. Tyvm
Geesh, I’ll try for tomorrow morning
How many lbs?
Is it safe to do after a hernia surgery?
Oh wow, it doesn't seem like much at first but by the time you get to 100 you realize you are working! Thanks
What size wights?
What's these gonna do?
I thought you were another YouTuber named Ameera. Great content so I just subscribed.✅
I love your hair
Well,I’m going to do this anyway cause I’m close to being Perimenopausal in my early 40s and FEELING those hot flashes even when I work in a fridge half the day for 10 minutes and I KNOW it’s not from working up a sweat,I’m just paying attention and taking accountability for how my body is definitely changing in the last 6-8 months overall. THANK YOU FOR THIS🙌🥰
Im excited by the journey this helps with weight-loss too?
Make 30 days your starting point to establish a consistent routine. This exercise provides you with a cardio workout while strengthening your muscles, helping to counteract menopausal symptoms related to muscle mass loss.
All menopausal women should strength training to aid in balancing hormones, maintaining bone strength, and to avoid the common issue of menopause-related stomach fat.
