  2. Yesn12 something midnight, all my grandchildren are in bed.I'm tired of being in menopause.I'm tired of eating.I just working because of shoulder injury.Now.I have to try lose some this week.I need to lose 30 pounds quick.I can't take it anymore , so i'm going to start this

Well,I’m going to do this anyway cause I’m close to being Perimenopausal in my early 40s and FEELING those hot flashes even when I work in a fridge half the day for 10 minutes and I KNOW it’s not from working up a sweat,I’m just paying attention and taking accountability for how my body is definitely changing in the last 6-8 months overall.
