The water is needed to break down fat through a process called hydrolysis. I did a 40 day water fast and I lost a pound or 2 on days that I drank water to limit thirst and lost no pounds on the days I didn’t drink enough.
I should say the fast was not to lose weight but for spiritual purposes and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Thanks for this video! I am a low supplier and we are supplementing with another person's breast milk. Do you have any tips on how to increast breastmilk for women who do not eat red meat? I want to increase my breastmilk but I also do not want to gain significant weight by doing so. I am in a dilemma lol! Thanks for your content!
I barely make enough breadtmilk, im an undersupplier, so im scared to start all this, but ive gained weight since birth and the muscle mass loss is definitely making hard for me to puck up my 11month old 😢 but i gotta start this

I’m trying to maintain a healthy diet and keeping active but I feel like the fat is taking so long to start seeing any results. I think I’m probably just being impatient, I gained 20kg during my pregnancy and am so eager to get back to how I was.. i just need to remind myself that it will take time and it’s ok.. as long as I’m healthy. I’m just happy that my pregnancy cravings are gone.

I admit was my fault for consuming too much sugary provessed foods. Now with my second gained 7kilos total and planning to avoid all processed foods and eat slightly smaller portions of honemade meals.
A vegan diet is slow death. It’s very harmful to advise nutrient deficient and breastfeeding mothers to eat tofu and beans as source of proteins.
