Asian bodies are built differently than Blacks in American.
Check for fatty liver with ultrasound and blood work. Belly fat comes from a over worked liver.

Stress needs to be unpacked bc a poor diet, poor sleep, being exposed to environmental toxins, watching stupid news, being by stupid people, etc might be stressors increasing cortisol, adrenaline and norepinephrine. 90% is mindset. Attitude is often more powerful than aptitude.
