I made the oatmeal pie this morning. it was so delicious. I also made your banana snack but I've also made it in the past with nutella peanut butter and whipped cream. it's so bomb
i try to follow a 1300 cal plan, but my diet is pretty limited with food, in other words it's boring… but i feel 1 snack is not enough for me, can i add another snack to the 1300? also, can you eat the lunch meal for dinner & vice versa, i always get concerned when eating a whole meal after 5-6pm? what about frozen french fries air-fried? how many fries should one eat if on a healthy lifestyle? do you have more healthy snack recipes? sorry for asking too many questions….

I just had to say i thought it funny how if you soak the oats they cook faster but if you just start cooking them they would probably cook just as fast. My sis has that problem with me, i dont preheat the oven, i turn it on put the stuff in the oven and my food cooks as the oven heats up and less cooking time. But thats just me😁 and that bowl of oatmeal would be two meals my goodness thats a lot of food. Oh and i love the easyness of the food.
