As a young girl who has cellulite and has always been embarrassed by itβespecially by how much I have at such a young ageβI can tell you now this has been a game changer. When I say I saw results overnight, Iβm not lying. Thanks to you, I not only feel okay in a bathing suit when I go swimming; I actually like wearing a bathing suit and am able to enjoy my time at the beach or at a pool. I know Iβm young, and my results might be different from someone older who might have to do the workout longer to see results, or maybe someone else my age might not put on muscle as fast as I do. But I would seriously recommend this to anyone struggling with cellulite. It works out just the right places to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

I've been doing this for a week and I still can't do the whole thing at a stretch, without relaxing down into the may completelyππ is there anything else I can do (any other exercises, etc) to make it easier to do this one??
It workout is very effective, but can someone tell me this workout won't grow your booty right? I need advice on how to get rid of mainly upper thigh fat/celliulte but I don't want to get a big booty whilst I doing it.
