  3. I am going to start this tomorrow. I am a fitness instructor. My thighs and hips are my biggest problem. I am 130. That big at all. My weight just likes to stay in that area. Writing a book. If it works will definitely give her the credit

  10. Tone and tighten up the back of your legs using light ankle weights. Get rid of jiggly, flabby back of the thighs with this strength that will also help reduce the appearance of cellulite. You’ll also work your quads. Set your weight in your heels (don’t lean into your toes).
