  1. LADIES THIS WORKS. I’ve had this my ENTIRE life. Like, some of my core memories are of other kids making fun of me saying I have “2 bellies”. When I did the stretch it literally felt so weird on my back. I don’t think I’ve ever breathed this way before lol. After doing this for 5 minutes first time I notice a difference already!!! It isn’t 100% gone but woah. I can tell if I keep up with this it’ll get better, I think it’ll just be getting the muscle memory for me since I’ve always had rib flare. I’m so shocked!

  2. I've been doing these the last few days and I am seeing improvement but I also notice the tension in the middle of my back, which im sure is connected, and ive been experiencing headaches. Am I doing it wrong or is it part of the process?

  3. Dude….. I’ve always been called barrel chested or burly (I’m a competitive bodybuilder) in the midsection, and doing this has completely dropped my ribs. I started feeling my last flare which led me down the rabbit hole to this video. Game. Changer.

I’ve had rib flare since I was a kid, and have asthma which caused me to have a hard relationship with breathing and exercise – I remember I asked my doctor as a kid why my ribs were flaring out and he said it didn’t matter and I’m relieved to finally get a reason why.   7. I want the opposite just me, Ive had muscle tightness since 2020 which resulted in a tighter rib cage, I don’t breathe like a normal human which is causing all health issues
