As a parent of a kid with an eating disorder, I have to disagree only on our bodies not needing sugar. Do we need much? Absolutely not
Did anyone notice that yoghurt is nothing like it was in the past when it had a strong sour and salty taste. Nowadays yoghurt is almost tasteless and has a creamy consistancy, which is an entirely different product these days. It seems to me as if that was done intentionally to direct people's choice to the sweet sugary stuff which is everything but healthy.
If sugar isn't needed for the body why is almost everyone addicted to it even animals are. Why's that?
