  7. If I did a 45 min workout at home (I have a treadmill and some weights) before work (I work from 12 pm to 9pm) could I just go for a 45 walk with my dog to the park after work as the second workout?

  8. I love the 75 Lite idea, and I love that you added 8 hours of sleep. Sleep is so important. Without enough sleep it is so difficult to achieve anything.

  9. Hi guys! Im gonna follow this challenge and write updates regularly.
    Here's what I'll try to do:
    Drink 2 l of water
    Reduce sugar
    No eating after 6 pm
    Walking 10 k steps( which I've been doing for past 2 weeks)
    Reduce skreen time
    Workout for 1 hour and half
    Get 8 hours of sleep
    aand my goals are:
    Lose fat and gain muscle
    improve my core
    Get toned and stroger
    And idk about the rest days bc i follow chloe thing challenges and i have rest days based on that,but i would say that its 2rest days per week .
    Wish me luck aaanddd leets gooo(ill write update every day)

    Sooo its been five days (24.03.) ,and its been raining for couple days so I couldnt go outside, and its hard for me to work out for 1 and half so im trying to workout altleast for one hour, but I hope that I will be able to hit this goal soon 😆. Btw I reduced sugar ( kinda) reduced screen time almost by 2 hour for week, and im getting 8-9 hours of sleeppp. Also im trying to drink a lot, even though i dont think that most of the days I drank 2 l, but im trying. So its like im doing 50 % of things that i said. Butt i lost 1 kg ,and i forgot to mention that, in the beginning, i weighted 53.4 kg, now i weight 52.3 kg.
