I'm on day 4 lost 1.5 pounds and three inches( off my hips, not my belly yet)….I'm in my 60's and very sedentary but this is working..I take two pills one at 11am with my first meal (whether its breakfast or lunch) and another one at 5pm with last meal of the day I eat 1/2 c . fruit 2 times a day and 100 cal pack nuts (my go to snacks) I get hungry…but if this makes any sense…I want food, not junk..I love chips and ice cream but don't crave that…so I believe this takes the "craving " away for eating "bad" away…not sure if I will loose 60 pounds that I need to take off ( I bought three packs of release) but I will continue doing what I'm doing and will let you know.
