  4. Im not stressed..i just know every meal i need to take a nap literally 10minutes after.all my energy drops.i havent lost 1 pound in yrs it actually went up.i told obgyn goal is 145-150 but i cant loose anything.

  6. Does walking for 1 hour on a treadmill in the morning in a fasted state raise Cortisol? As im thinking this is where im going wrong as belly fat isn't shifting. I fast about 18 hours a day and im on a high fat and protein diet with low carbs.
