If you have to hold onto to the railing, do it. Start off by not holding on until you can’t. Then hold on. And as you progress you will last longer before needing to hold on until you don’t have to anymore.

My best treadmill world record ever is 15% incline and 3.5 speed for 1 hour which the screen says it burned 600 calories but when my weight is 90kg and 5kg of muscle mass, i possibly burn 900 calories.
Hey man, holding on the rail still provides a workout 😅… at max incline. The treadmill at my gym goes 15 incline- I’m holding it fam. 😅

For people doing the treadmill in metric, 3mph is 4.8kph… Not 6… Don't kill yourself… The key is to get the heart rate up, not be fast
