  1. How you eat to lose weight is how you eat to keep weight off.

    How else will you know how to eat foods you love to keep weight off? You won’t know unless you practice while losing weight.

    If you can’t do a diet for the next 10 years, you shouldn’t even do it for 10 days.

  2. This is just not true, it’s a quick fix for a lot of people who are struggling with their weight, esp people what have eating disorders. A short term diet is better than being obese forever.
