  2. I eat 1 meal a day dinner a gain weight need loose upper arms fat but I can't do 1 pushups since school years ago even then was hard to do

  3. I have rotator cuff injuries from hypermobility so the pushing element of this is really challenging. Is there another way?

  5. Thanks so much. This is the best advice I've come across for trimming down and firming the triceps: a good diet, increase aerobic exercise and this exercise to target the triceps.

  9. What I can’t seem to find out is how you get rid of bat wings, that are on the inside of the arm, not the outside of the arm, but right where the arm meets the armpit. I have tried every exercise going. Yes I’ve lost weight slowly, and I even see athletes that have jiggly flesh very close to the armpit area on the inside of the upper arm. The rest of my arms are getting toned with all of the exercise exercises. I have tried, but those bat wings, and mine aren’t even that severe, but I can’t seem to get them to shrink or muscle there to build and tighten.
