  3. Have phone appt tomorrow with them. No RM3 where I live. I'm 48 and may have hormone issues, but IDC! I NEED this to kick start my healthy lifestyle again like when I was younger. I eat junk like my bf, it's hard to cook healthy when you can nuke junk food.

  4. Great video Jackie! I discovered your video about 2 1/2 months ago and decided to give RMS a try. My weight was just OOC. I’m now down 25 pounds. I probably could have lost more in this time by drinking half my body weight in water or exercising. I average about 10 pounds per month. During my visit last month the RN told me I should be losing 20 pounds per month so, I’ve increased my water consumption and walk for 30 mins per day. My next visit is in two weeks so I’ll see the results at that time. I usually only weigh once a month for my own mental health, lol. However, today I weighted myself. I’m on target to lose 15 pounds this month *fingers crossed*.

    I’m on the RM3 plan. It’s good to know that the Phen plan works just as good. 👍🏽
