” is indicated essentially. Allow’s speak about slimming down after baby and how a great deal of that weight has absolutely nothing to do with fat.
If you really feel forced to “recover” I extremely motivate you to examine out my other video titled “Let’s discuss recovering after infant” while you are there also see “Don’t lose out on life all due to the fact that you intend to shed a couple of.”.
Bear in mind mama you are fantastic and the only thing you ought to be concentrating on those very first couple of weeks is your recuperation, your infant, and the incredible thing your body just did β€ β€.

π I love this so much. My last 2 pregnancies, I gained 50+ lb each time. Lost 30 lb in the first month π both babies were big too. Now to work on the actual weight gain haha.
100% true
Thank you! Also love how you are like, "I had the baby! π€¦ββοΈ lol
And blood volume increases up to 50% during pregnancy, that's about another 5lb that isn't gonna drop off day one after delivering your baby or through exercise.
Same. Gained 57 lbs during my pregnancy. Im 2 wk 6 days postpartum and I've lost 32 lbs. I'd be surprised if more than 3 lbs is fat loss despite talking light walks and eating nutritious food. Im focused on recovery for the next 3 months not fitting in jeans. Sundresses and sweats exist for a reason. Give yourselves grace mommas. This season is HARD.
For the next week to 2 weeks your also losing all that extra blood your body stored up during pregnancy. Which is good. It's there to help ensure you don't bleed to death during delivery because you got extra to lose. But if you didn't hemorrhage super bad during delivery, it's still on your body adding to your postpartum weight. Along with extra water/fluid your body retained for precautions. So that has to cycle out of your body as well. So much weight is pregnancy stuff and not actual fat that you gained.
Thank you mama ππ»β€οΈ
That's a good point lol
Girl yes. Thanks for this. The first 20 pounds are easy to lose. It's the last 10 that become your bff for life.
I HATE how much these βprogramsβ target postpartum mothers! Hate hate hate double hate. Love your PSA! π₯°πβ€οΈ
I went from 235 to 207 in two weeks after having my son.
I loveee this thanks girl lmaooo
Exactly this!!!
I lost 20lds at delivery. 10lb 10oz baby, excessive fluid and large placenta. I watched them weigh the fluid bag and placenta and it was litteraly 11 lbs. The excessive fluid and large baby wasn't caught during pregnancy.i always measures on track and at my growth scan (32 weeks) he measured 49th percentile with normal fluid (gonna say that wasnt at all accurate) . I remember complaining to someone about how I dont get why ive gained so much because my food and diet didn't seem to add up to all the extra weight. If someone would have told me that I probably would have been like " sure Jane" but I cant say I dont feel validated now lol
I hate those programs I just diet as much as I can with out pass outs n ride indoor bike πππ
Also every body is different. I gained 65lbs and only lost 15 even with breastfeeding in the first 3 months. We are all strong and on our own journey; and need to have grace with ourselves and others.
PREACH
Oh no, you lose the weight you gained and then you add 10 lbs for security π
thank you!
I needed this lol thank you, I just had our 2nd baby like 3 weeks ago and my mother is all like wear shareware etc, and all I said was no lol πππ
This is a very very important message! Also women who breastfed may not lose the weight as easily because your body does what it feels necessary to keep yoU and baby alive!!!!
