  1. Okay question how far do you live from thrive because I signed up with them I’m planning to cancel because I have coffee creamer been coming since Sunday and others stuff. I’m in NC and the company is in too state that’s 8 hours away batesville,IN the other in Ashley,PA… it’s okay to wait two days. Buts it’s taking longer I know the milk is going to be sour…money gone down the drain… but you always have great videos for them…

  4. Thrive market is pricey. Whole foods and Trader Joes plus Krogers and Albertson have most of those products for a fraction of what you pay at thrive market and its not a subscription. I will stick to my local supermarkets. Definitely going to try this. Thanks

  8. Dates are a great snack. I like to put peanut butter on them, yum! Intermittent fasting such as OMAD is a great choice and works very well. I used ADF to take off 110 lbs and continue to implement it into my lifestyle for maintenance.

  14. It works and I don’t use the slim fast but I will try there brand but I use the premier protein shakes and do 2 shakes a day and 2 meals and it does work

  15. Try for hunger try Lilly’s chocolate chips caramel and some mixed nuts and measure it it really good and healthy

  19. I wish we had the one scoop slimfast over here in 🇬🇧….much less calories than the version we have for two scoops
