I have 2 kids, younger one is 3.5years, i found 2 fingers gap, pls. Suggest me i will do excercise daily as u prescribed & during excercise also i tie my stomach with belt??

I am over weight . Mother of 3 . And my last kid is 2 . All my kids were almost 3.5kg when they were born . My belly size is 41 inches . I really dont know if i am having diastasis recti . I am working out to loose weight and flatten my belly . The only symptom i have is back pain . That too not always . I only have when i bend for sometime … like to wash clothes or something like that. I wont be able to stand straight foe sometime after that . I will be like a person with a hunched back . That is why i have a doubt if i have diactasis recti … should i go carry on my workouts ? Or stop them ? Please help me .
