  1. This video is so good. i have a weight loss journey of my own and i have kept the weight off for 5 years now and i feel better now then i have ever felt. i feel young again. @t

  2. this advice works earlier on, more like 30s, but in your 40s its about hormones, and she mentioned carbs but not enough. how about HIIT? or Strength training. She mentioned lower lean muscle but not what to do about it. @_@ some good tips but they need to give more, it's not so simple.

  3. Thank you for this video, Jessica. Although I went into menopause at the age of 43, I never had a problem to loose weight until this lockdown came last year. My gym closed and I was just staying home and eating chocolate and cookies (my favorite). I don't like to go for walks by myself. Within the past year I sure gained losts of weight and being 63 years old it is very hard to get rid of. I also understand that a woman needs about 2 grams of protein per day which is contained in a handful of Brazilian nuts…. and on top of that it's the healthiest kind of protein. I've been studying the Books by Anthony William in which he also explains on many diseases, where they are coming from etc.

  4. Thank you for such an inspiring and informative video. I am 72 years old and follow most of your exercise videos for my body. Yes I am carrying a bit more weight than 30 years ago but would like to say you are never too old to keep learning. Thank you

  5. My god who is this vision of lovelyness wow πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ’‹β€οΈ

  6. 12,000 steps a day and I sleep like a 23 year old. My body has adapted to that level of activity so it probably doesn't burn that many calories, but I don't care.

  7. Such a great science backed breakdown, I enjoyed it and learned a lot. I especially liked you emphasizing that too few calories an be just as bad. Great educational video thank you so much πŸ™‚

  8. Life is always beautiful when you have good health, for almost 4 years I was diagnosed with, genital herpes and I was really sad about it , buy luckily for me I was addressed to a kind and great herbal doctor who helped me to restore my health back to me, he sent me the herbs that cured my hsv2 completely and the test results proves I'm now negative of the virus , all thanks to you Dr Azaka for restoring my health, I will always be greatful to you for your kind gestures
DR AZAKA CURE REMEDIES on YouTube .

  9. I needed this. I have felt SO powerless. I am managing food and exercise well and it is only getting worse.

  10. Yes, I'm 54 and about 16 months ago I suddenly started gaining weight and for the first time couldn't lose it. 10lbs now. Running is super hard work and does nothing other than tire me out. I joined a gym Feb 2019 and did HIIT and strength 4-5 times a week and my functional fitness really improved. It was great but then the group classes ended due to the virus restrictions. Hopefully they will start back up and I can rejoin in the autumn. I have lost way too much muscle and getting stronger helped me to feel stronger (even with my extra fat layers!)

  11. I’ve watched this so many times. Love your content! Best advice out there. πŸ’—

  12. You say you worked on your hormone balance but gave no info about HRT.
HRT needs talked about way more in the female community. It can absolutely improve your life more then anything else ever will if below ranges.

  13. Hey. Thank-you for this video. It meant alot to me. I turn 40 in a few weeks. I am overweight and exhausted. I feel hopeful that I can change this.
