  1. Yo my breasts gained a bit of fat after I gained weight and now I'm afraid they will go away if I get leaner lmao. I really like my breasts now.

  2. Personally I like having a bit of fat on my body. Fat gives me a feminine look. My chest looks fuller and my hips look rounder. But what I've noticed is that if you don't exercise, your body will accumulated more fat around your mid section, which throws your figure off. I've also noticed that I'm less hungry when I exercise regularly. Exercising and eating healthy with an occasional unhealthy meal keeps your body looking good. I'm aiming to put on muscle but also maintain a pich of fat, therefore giving me a bit of a thick look. Slimming my waist, adding lots of muscle to my legs and glutes and having long slim muscles on my arms.

  3. hears her explain bloating from not drinking enough water

    goes to get water
    Remember to hydrate fam!

  4. Does anyone feel super sick and nauseous after a certain point during a workout? I’m a beginner and I get soo lightheaded I genuinely feel like I’m going to vomit and pass out. It’s so discouraging 🙁

  5. Can we just appreciate how real she was? No "two day detox", no water fasts or skinny teas, just consistency and hard work over a decent amount of TIME

  6. This is exacty me too. I strive with kick boxing, yoga and a couple hiit and strength train exercises. It’s more fun
