  1. This camp sucks, children obesity is the parents fault and responsibility to fix, the camp should be for the parents because they will help put all the weight back on their children.

  2. its fun and all those excercises … but at least show them how to do a regular pushup without breaking your shoulders..

  3. No one tells the truth. High sugar high fat and processed foods are addicting. Dieting triggers binging. Body daily needs 3 to 5 pounds of food to be satisfied. This can be low caloric density foods like veggies (50 to 200 calories per pound), fruit (200-300 calories per pound), minimally processed starches like baked potato, rice, bulgar, sweet potato (300-400 calories per pound), and beans (200-300 calories per pound). The hormones in meat, eggs, and dairy increase obesity so animal products should be avoided or rarely used. Look up Caloric Density Chef AJ and Dr. John McDougal's free weightloss program. It is on his website. At each meal eat 1 cup broth based all vegetable soup, 1 plate of food with 1/2 plate Non-starchy veggies, 1/4 starch, 1/4 beans, eat 1 piece of whole fruit. You will be constantly full. Cravings diminish after a few days. No oil, no fat, no added sugars. This heals people of obesity. I am set free as long as I eat this way. It is the only plan that liberates the obese.

  4. This camp sets the kids up for failure by not offering nutritionists, dietitians, and therapists. It's not all about losing weight. It's about getting to the root causes like access to healthy food, understanding how to eat, and mental healthcare. These kids go back home to obese parent who don't know how to maintain healthy lifestyles.

  5. This regimine reminds me of "the biggest loser" show. If you look at "the biggest loser" studies. All those contestants gained the weight back within 6 months and had terrible metabolic dysfunction. They were not overeating. 6 years later metabolism even worse some were eating 1000 calories a day or else they would gain weight. i hope those kids aren't being set up to fail like this. Thats what happens when you just try to cut calories but are still eating processed foods.

  6. Obesity is not a disease, and it doesn't affect almost every single American child, what a preposterous statement. It's the result of a major disconnect from the understanding health and wellness. Yes it's an extreme issue but does not affect anyone who eats a healthy balanced diet.

  7. That poor girl, you don’t have children to substitute for the friends you do not have, she’s a child!!! She has no choice to listen to your problems or cop the blame of your laziness.

  8. We have to bring back the pride in cooking everything fresh. Junk should be made criminal. We know it kills.

  9. you can have all these montages of people working out, but this is the best gym motivation
