How many mins on each leg?
The back of my legs are smoother after dry brushing and taking electrolytes that gives me a lot of my potassium. The electrolytes taste really bad but I take 2 capfuls morning and night and it gives me 40 percent of my potassium which is crazy. I've read cellulite when you're not overweight is mostly water retention, lymphatic blockage.
I dry brush off and on but this proves to me that I need to do it more regularly
🤔🤔🤔
You releasing toxins too
I got mine! Thank you 😍 im so excited! 😍
Wonderful results 👏🏽 👏🏽
Thanks for this! I stopped dry brushing. Getting back to it today!
Walmart has a shoe brush that works great. The more you use it, the better it gets.
I bought this about a year ago, use it daily and love it.
I don’t think bum bum cream doesn’t anything but smell good
I used a dry brush but the bristles were hurting my skin . Can someone recommend a good dry brush brand
This video popped up and I had to watch! I had a baby brush and I use to dry brush my baby just to give her comfort. Not that she needed it she didn't have any sensitivity issues or anything but she was in heaven. The brush was super soft, I was gifted a really good one. I never thought to dry brush myself 🤔😆. I use lotion so I'm guessing it would be a good and gentle way to get dry skin and exfoliate the very top of the skin.
Dry brushing is awesome! As a lymphatic therapist, it is a great way to keep the lymph system draining properly. It is best to start with circles towards the heart and then long strokes towards the heart. It helps to focus on the main drains, ie… both sides of the base of the neck, just above the collarbone, the arm pits, the top of the thighs at the groin, back of the knees, inside of the elbows. I think one of the best dry brushing demo videos is by Green Smoothie Girl Dr Brushing on YouTube.
Do you also dry brush your bum? Or did you find the skin too be too sensitive there?
Wow, your legs are just wow!
I have just obtained a dry brush, and looked up your video again for how to use it. After 30 days, your legs looked silky smooth and just perfection. I will try it for 30 days too. Thank you so much for the tuition 💕
I really appreciate this informative video to watch, and as I have just began dry brushing my legs on the back of your excellent results, I would please like to check with you, what the sequence is that you apply the oil and lotion, whether directly after dry brushing, whether you use the oil and lotion separately or one directly after the other?
I would also please like to check your leg hair removal method, as mine, epilating, can undo all the good work of caring for the skin on my legs. I am trying so hard to find a method that may work, and am close to going down the laser hair removal route.
Thank you for your video and advice xxx
It makes me nauseous too!!🤣
I have a dry brush. When I started to do it, I definitely was using too much pressure. So, I stopped. I’m going to start again every other day. Thanks for sharing!
