Bruh I hate the thread mill. One day I said ill just lift weights and just do treadmill for 10 minutes, and I ended up staying on it for 30 which surprised me
Count your calories. It’s as simple vs calories in vs calories out. I have an app that does it for me. I’ve lost 7 lbs in less then a month from that. Cheat days on sundays but don’t overdue it.
I wasn’t incredibly big to begin with. Started November 15 at 6’ 184lbs. It’s now dec 10 at 177lbs. I look and feel my best around 172 so I have a bit more to go.
I seen all the good advice here, but one I learned is don’t let someone who lives you make your plate. They are more likely to give you more portions out of love, and unintentionally overfeed you. Always make your own plate because you know your limits.
counting calories is not good because you end up slowing down your metabolism. Your best bet is to eat healthier food with less sugar and carbs in it.
The biggest thing for me is water. I didn’t realize how being thirst can make your body mistake thirst for craving sugar and salty food
for me is unsweetened tea. drink 3 cups per day. drink even if you're not hungry, because you will be.

my problem is i keep stop eating. like one meal a day so my body is always in starvation so i go up and down. i have lost and gained 60lbs 5 times!!!!
I’ve started going all-in on changing my eating habits as I try to get back to my high school weight (6’2, 175-185 pounds). A couple of things I can tell you for advice are 1. Have a motivational reason for why you want to lose the fat. For me, it’s to look healthy in addition to feeling healthy, become thinner so clothes actually look good on me, and become more physically attractive to women. 2. Make short-term plans first. For instance, start off by doing it for a week. If you make it through a week, bump it up to 2 weeks, then a month, and so on. After a while, it will become natural.
Of course, there’s always room for that one so-called “cheat-day” or “cheat-meal” as long as it doesn’t become a habit because then you’ll only crave it more than before like an addict.
