So I've been doing the coffee recipe for about a month now, and it has helped me cut down on sugar. But no matter how much I stir the protien powder and try to mix it in, it ALWAYS curdles up and rises to the top. So I just end up getting a mouthful of whey instead of coffee. I used to like drinking coffee, now I cannot stand it when I use this new recipe. The consistency is fuckin gross😂 That being said, after proper dieting, cutting out beer, drinking more water, and exercising more, I cut 20lbs in a month and I'm looking much leaner.
