Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed so you are logically wrong doctor , less calories theory work on this law Assume a body requires 2000 calories per day and your making 500 calories deficit that 500 calories will be utilised from stored energy of the body which is burning stored fat…so logically as per this law weight loss with calories deficit works

Yes. Calories deficit only can't help for weight loss but also physical activity. I have fatty liver stage 1. But through proper diet and intermittent fasting I came out of that without any treatment.
