I'm doing one now, it's not easy my stomach is upset and keeps getting hunger pains every few hours but I'm technically on my 2nd and I swear I see my legs and calf muscles look smaller and I hope by the 3rd day I'll really see and feel a difference
Ahhhhh….your fat is food…stored food. Fasting is totally natural, with our ancestors enduring feast and famine for hundreds of thousands of years. Eating constantly (Western diet) is foreign to our bodies…ie 40 years vs 250,000 years.

I am doing fasting alittle diffrent.
2 cups of bone broth, 3 protein shakes and cups of tea a day.
Under 600 calories (which is still classes as fasting. I am breastfeeding don't worry too much my child is almost 2 years old).
I have a multivitamin, and fish oil supplements. Just to make sure I don't become too malnutriced.
1: fine. Stomach bloat better. Just relaxed around home.
2: good. Lost 4 kgs of water weight (8.8ibs). Stomach feels better, less pain. Hour long walk pushing kids up hill etc.
3: Lost 0.8 kgs. No hungry. Same amount of energy.
4: lost 0.8 agian. Not hungry. Did crave fish and chips due to rain. But once rain went, so did craving. Was tired after 1hr walk. Took a short nap. Felt better. Finding that I actually get thirsty now and want water.
5: lost 0.5 kgs. Walked an hour today. Took a nap. Still have milk supply. Not tired or hungry. Very surprised I've not been hungry once.
6: lost 0.8kgs. It would seem I may have started my period which has been absent for over 6 months. I just relaxed today as tomorrow I'll be busy. No hunger, limited tiredness. But getting very good sleep.
7: all good didn't weigh self as I had a busy day. Walked over 3 hours. No weakness or tiredness. I seem.to sleep much deeper. Will weight self tomorrow as it won't be busy.
8: lost 0.4 a total of 6.5kgs/14.3ibs. Not too bad considering I started to menstruate.
Trying to get to day 7 but 14 days is true goal.
The body doesn't burn MUSCLE during a fast. WTF!!! 3500 calories in 1 LBS. of body fat. So 1 pound of body fat will sustain you for 48 hours. If you don't do any cardio. So around 15 LBS. per month with ZERO calories. Please double check my MATH. That's without added cardio.🤔🤔
