  5. I am 67 y.o. woman who has worked out consistently since I was 21. However, I went through a hard time a few years ago and was brokenhearted, and couldnt eat. I quickly lost 10 pounds and my arms, which looked quite nice took the hit from it. Now I have batwings. I am working out with a trainer and see improvements. I'm trying not to get discouraged and be super consistent. In your opinion, can I get rid of the hanging triceps, or at least make them better?

I am 65 and lost 60 pounds when I was 58 and when I was 63, I gained 40 pounds I just lost 33 pounds since March till July I'm working on another 9 pounds I may need hip surgery. I've been in pain for like a year, what is the best thing for me? I have been doing work on my arms but I was at a point I could barely walk and now my walking is still marginal. I'm going to start swimming and doing some yoga. What should I do that? I'm in so much pain on the left side.

  10. I have been lifting weighs and jogging regularly since I was 40. Now 72 and I’ve lost 25 lbs. Still exercising and my skin tells the story. I use peptides, hydrolorinic acid, retinal. I smear castor oil all over my body. Still my skin looks loose. Surgery might be my next option. I wonder if this woman knows what she is talking about?

    Revelation 3:15-18 explains that we can’t be cold and hot at the same time which is being a lukewarm. In other words, if we are hot, which is really repenting and turning from sin) if we are cold we just completely don’t really follow God. If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven.

  17. do you think dropping the body fat % had to do with change of diet, or the exercise? or does it have to be a combination of both? i work long hours every day and so going to the gym is really difficult as i'm always tired lol, so i'm wondering if i can drop the fat % with just diet..

  19. I always adore skinny body but the exercise i did give me thick muscle. So instead of stress about appearance, i focus on eating and sleep better.

  21. My biggest problem has always been the fear of the scale. About 5 years ago i was 170 lbs and that weight was due to all of the extra fat that i was carrying around on my body. There was a point where i was making myself sick and a point when i was starving myself and i also tried all kinds of diets and would kill what little muscle i did have by working out way too much. About 3-4 years ago I developed a stomach disorder called autonomia. It's an issue to do with my immune system and my nervous system. I didn't find out what it was for a long time until seeing a gastro dr. At first i didn't realize why i couldn't eat as much or why im always sick. I went from 170 lbs to 100 lbs with this disorder. I was happy with all of the wright loss at first even though i stayed sick, but there came to a point where i just looked too skinny and was once again bothered by the way that i look. My disorder limits me but i still do my best to eat the things that i want to. After i was down to 100 lbs i wanted to gain weight but no matter how much calories i put through my body or how many carbs i was loading down on myself, i just wasn't gaining weight because this disorder makes it very difficult to gain any type of weight. I had become very frustrated and unmotivated as I could not get my body to look the way i wanted it to. Fast foward a year and a half later and now I'm 112 lbs, which might not seem like much, but the appearance makes a world of difference. I stopped trying to force certain foods on myself yo gain weight and started eating how i wanted to without looking at calories or carbs (although i still eat generally healthy foods for the most parts). The only thing that i pay attention to now is protein. I started myself on a protein surplus and it's the best thing ive ever done. If you are skinny and want to gain weight, I'm telling you, just ignore the carbs ans calories in everything and only look at the protein. Get as much of it as you can everyday. It will help you gain the weight in muscle and it's so much easier not trying to read the entire nutrition list on everything i get.
