Hello I just started getting smoothies at smoothie cafe and I’ve gotten the detox one with fat burner and so far so good no diarrhea like I was expecting to be completely honest. I’m not 100 percent sure what exactly the fat burner dose…. but second day on the smoothie I’m feeeling great I also started taking vitamins and B12 and vitamin D3 and I do my elliptical for 15 mins.
