how the fuck did this guy survive with 30 pound cancer mass without chemo while other people have 5cm mass that has to be attack savagly with multiple rounds of radiation therapy chemo after chemo before and after surgery and some even had to use novel therapy with massive price tags like car t cell therapy and even after all that not all are cured.
