  4. The principles and practices you share here are tried and true. I'm new to your channel so I'm looking forward to trying your detox protocol. I have made it a practice to detox at least once every quarter. I've never believed in drastic dieting. Everything has to be sustainable for lasting results. Post Covid I was 55 pounds overweight and inflamed. My CBC plus showed my metabolic health was in trouble. I felt like a hostage in my own body.😒
    I started with a detox and reevaluating my daily eating AND non-alcoholic drinking (extra sugar), finding hidden sugars in my diet and eliminating them. I'm happy to say I was able to get back to a healthy weight and BMI within 6 months and have only improved since… nothing drastic, but small permanent changes that work. Qigong for lymphatic drainage, castor and ginger oil have helped me with cellulite, too. You are giving life in these videos.✨️ I'm proudly approaching 61(sixty-won)😉🙌🏽 and continuing to build on my progress. If you know anything that can help with Fibromyalgia, I would be open to hear what you have to say. This is my greatest challenge now due to a series of long lasting injuries to my nervous system leading up to Covid and many losses during the Pandemic.   5. At least I'm doing something right. I am always barefooted. I do one hour of zumba at least 3 days a week and i walk around the house barefoot

  6. Strength training is NOT limited to using weights. That is weight training…a subset of strength training. Band and body weight exercises are strength training without the use of weights. Cellulite is genetics…I have had cellulite since I was 12 at a size 0 to 2 and 115 pounds. I was on the track team running 3 miles a day and weight lifting 3 day a week. I have tried pretty much everything in the world and it never went away. I’m low carb, low sugar, high protein diet and work out 4-5 days a week with 2-3 weight lifting days at size 4 and 132 lbs….still have cellulite

  7. This was amazing timing! I was just talking about cellulite with my niece and II had no solutions. Sat down in front of the TV & put YouTube on, and this video was there amongst some regular videos I watch. So I watched it and it was SO informative, and I’m a nurse! Not only did you answer the question of how to rid oneself of cellulite, but answered the question of what should I be putting on my skin after showers to keep it moisturized, after years of putting on scented body oils & lotions, knowing most if not all are toxic, and I’ve been doing this since I was young and the Avon lady was at our house weekly, selling body products. I wrote the 5 steps down, and going to check out your detox products & program. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
