  1. I told my mom and she just said that i just thik that i have rib boobs even tho i know i have them

  2. Could you confirm that in addition to other benefits, serratus anterior can narrow the isa and therefore help downward ly rotate the ribs?

  3. This is incredbile. I plan to do this exercise for thr next few months to see if it will correct my rib protrudion.

  4. I have scoliosis. It is getting worse and I can't seem to find anyone where I am to help.
My right rib is narrowing and I am so uncomfortable and with some pain (which I hate to say) any suggestions?

  5. Will shoulders will also get wider cause I dont want more wider shoulders

  6. When u r hourglass but ur rib cage makes u look like u r sucking ur belly😭

  7. I can't thank you enough for this, i thought i would have a big rib cage my entire life but turns out I'm just breathing wrong 😉

  8. Thanks for posting this. I was forced to hold a horrible posture for years at school because my female chest was not appropriate (I was just a skinny lady with a large bust) and developed horrible flare and have been trying to figure it out for years. It has gotten so bad I am only comfortable in baggy men's shirts.

  9. she might have mild pectus excavatum and rib flair- to perfectly get rid of those you need surgery 🙂 but exercises can help!
